Inspired by: Wallpaper

I am ashamed to say that, until recently I hated wallpaper.  Hated.  It’s a strong word I know but that’s how I felt.  See aforementioned shame.    I have always loved all things paint but would never have dreamt of using wallpaper.

Maybe, like anything psychological, it all stems back to my upbringing.  Deliriously idyllic for the most part I was subject to a few BAD wallpapers at some of my 80’s childhood abodes.   Textured murky browns in the bathroom and tacky high shine pink with green spring to mind. Thankfully two things have changed since the decade of gaudy excess.  Firstly I have opened my narrow little mind and secondly wallpaper (and the use thereof) has improved dramatically.  Here are the results…
